@AhWengGor Taste of the sauce doesn’t absorb into the flesh. Good thing? or a bad thing?

@lala This dish would be better if replace the fish with other type of fish. A lot of bone together with the meat make you can’t really enjoy eating it.

@AhWengGor Some parts are overcooked. Taste is so-so, not very outstanding as a Signature Dish of the stall.

@lala so called “Bau Tanah” is even more obvious in this combination of steam fish, ginger on top not really play the role to get rid of the smell. Overall still acceptable, but still I don’t really like this fish.

Guest @xiaobai One of its side dish mashed potatoes is superb. Tasty for the 1st few bites, but quite 腻 if you eat a lot.

@AhWengGor Cheese is very creamy combined with the sweetness from butter. Very fattening but once u started, u can’t stop.

@AhWengGor Very succulent well done flesh. but I prefer 3 quarters cooked for pork steaks.

@Chicky Fairly good enough, nothing special. A bit spicy and oily

@lala A lil bit salty, portion is small and mantis shrimp meat is too little compare to flour

@AhWengGor Typically only tasted flour and dried chilli is too much. RM16 is expensive for such a small portion. X recommended :(

@Kam 干炒河应该要有点干干的，这个有点湿

@lala They named it as 福建干炒河，but this type of noodle would be better if in original 干炒河

@AhWengGor Was a lil bit watery, despite it is “Dry Fried”. Not much ingredients but the taste is acceptable.

@Kam Taste is above average but not enough 锅气

@lala It would be better if there is more vege 2gether with the noodle

@AhWengGor Up to standard. Not too oily compared to others. Pork lard is bonus!
